1. 5+ years (Strong experience) of Sr. Level experience within network (or systems) administration within a NOC environment supporting ISP/Telecommunication customers (Preferred).
2. Very strong experience and ability to troubleshoot/diagnose issues across routers, switches, firewalls, etc. (Specific experience within Juniper, Linux Red Hat 9, and Openshift is highly desired).
3. Strong experience deploying and maintaining virtualized servers, robust network architecture, security and monitoring tools.
4. Ability to be customer facing (Should have this experience through NOC/Ticketing) and perform cross functional team coordination. Needs to take initiative and be generally intellectually curious.
