Role Overview

The Lead, Technology Planning and Standards is responsible to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. This role’s focus will be defining and ensuring the how and what that every system and platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term enterprise goals. This role will lead the planning and development of the technology roadmap and establish the appropriate standards and frameworks that govern the organization’s digital footprint as well as implementation of standardized, modern tech practices.

  • Develop and maintain the bank wide Technology Strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across the banking group.
