Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized microbiology laboratory testing, including culture, serology, parasitology, and proficiency testing, while ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of results.
• Monitor quality control procedures, maintain laboratory inventory, and oversee analyzer maintenance and troubleshooting in coordination with biomedical teams.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, audit requirements, and sample acceptance/rejection criteria.
