Responsible for monitoring/maintaining shiftly good yield and settling process issues encountered during the shift (4M,1E) and reporting shiftly process status.
Machine set‑up/optimization.
Machine/Process buy‑off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements).
Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE.
Reject verification and disposition.
Monitor operator compliance to process procedure.
Buy‑off/qualify newly trained operators.
First‑level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects.
Perform tasks given by superior, engineer or manager.
Education & Experience
Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering.
Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage.
