Description To handle installation, commissioning, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting of machines in accordance with ISO and Bizsafe standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
Requirements - Repair equipment in the field with minimum supervision.
- Determine causes of failure of engine mechanical / electrical system and complete repairs.
- Keep supervisor abreast of unexpected job delays and additional problems encountered.
- Attend to local and overseas commissioning.
- Respond to emergency service call.
- Maintain a complete list of standard mechanical, electrical & special tooling.
- Overhaul engines in the workshop.
- Open work orders, job sheets & service requisitions.
- Maintain service database, status log for service work in process.
- Maintain communication with customers, provide update on job status when necessary.
