            Responsibilities  Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems including:  HVAC systems (DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chilled water systems) 
Electrical systems (DBs, MCCs, lighting, controls) 
Plumbing systems 
  
Diagnose complex faults and carry out necessary repairs and rectifications 
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per SLA/KPI requirements  
Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services 
Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports 
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors for work execution 
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures  
 Qualification & Experience  ITI in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent 
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience  in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred)
