Key Responsibilities - Technical Support & Repair: Handle online and on‑site troubleshooting for LED displays. Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
- Project Execution: Perform on‑site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.
- Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting. Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.
