About the Role
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical large-scale Technology projects that will enhance our products and customer experiences, in addition to overseeing technology initiatives for market entry projects. The Senior Technical Project Manager will develop and maintain project documentation such as project charters, project scope documents, project schedules, risk registers, etc. to promote project stakeholder alignment and drive business decisions. This role will leverage internal tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, etc., to create and update project documentation and foster stakeholder collaboration.
