We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination and resolution of complex, high-impact production issues across our client base.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of Support, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Client teams to drive timely resolution of critical incidents (P1/P2), performance issues, and system instability. You will bring structure to ambiguous technical problems, helping teams align on root cause, next steps, and recovery plans.
