Description
Join Elastic Block Store (EBS), the solid-state drive for the Internet, which stores exabytes of data for millions of customers around the world running GenAI training and inference, large-scale data processing, databases, and High-IOPS workloads on our data volumes. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive some of our service’s most important initiatives such as:

- Launching new service capabilities that extend our industry-leading performance, durability, availability, and security
- Optimizing capacity to improve the availability of EBS for all customers and push boundaries of cost efficiencies at massive scale
- Improving the experience of our customers through key customer engagements, root cause analysis, and by influencing our service team’s engineering roadmaps.
