, and associated platform services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development, product, business, and architecture teams to drive end-to-end platform deployment and post deployment incident handling. Incident Response Planning Technical Operations
: Develop and maintain an incident response plan outlining procedures for handling various types of incidents. Ensure all the tickets are resolved by the Operations team within the agreed SLA to the customers.
Incident Triage Assess and prioritize incidents based on severity and impact. Initiate appropriate response actions according to the incident response plan.
