Responsibilities: Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants Where applicable, supervise Assistant Technical Officer and Technical Officers within the team including delegating of tasks Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation Conversant in statutory code and requirements Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.
