Location: Zug, Switzerland. Client: 100+ year old German insurance group, FINMA-regulated.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and engineering team.
• Automate internal processes and connect business needs with technical capabilities.
• Push back when requirements do not make sense and prevent projects from stalling between business and IT.
• Collaborate with engineers and support technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Technical background in DevOps, cloud, or system administration, with experience in Azure and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Power Platform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, ITIL, PowerShell, Python, Active Directory.
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (finance, insurance, etc.).
