Expertise: Extensive technical accounting background with significant experience in complex accounting standards
Experience: Proven experience in researching and documenting judgmental accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Transactional Insight: Ability to interpret transaction documents for accounting and disclosure implications
Professional Background: Minimum of 8 years of experience, with a strong preference for Big 4 accounting firm professional practice or national office experience serving major SEC clients
Credentials: CPA certification or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
Skills: Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively
