What You’ll Do You will join Avalara's International Compliance Operations team in Brighton, supporting new clients as they onboard into our VAT compliance services. This is a customer-facing role focused on guiding clients through onboarding readiness rather than filing, helping them understand VAT requirements and how to provide accurate data. You will handle complex onboarding scenarios, improve processes, and contribute to scaling our services as we expand across EMEA. Working closely with global teams, you will help ensure a smooth transition from onboarding into ongoing compliance operations. You will also help advance how we use automation and AI to improve onboarding efficiency and accuracy.
