Role Summary

The role requires managing end-to-end Direct and Indirect Taxation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting audits and assessments, and enabling tax planning. The role includes GST and Income Tax filings, audits, appeals, and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Direct Tax compliance including Income Tax returns, TDS/TCS, and advance tax
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and litigation matters
• Oversee GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)
• Ensure GST compliance including reconciliations and audits
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST and other statutory levies
• Act as key contact with tax authorities and regulators
• Represent organization before tax authorities and appellate forums
• Support statutory, internal and tax audits
