You’ll report directly to Rho’s Head of People & Talent and be based in our San Francisco or Salt Lake City office, 5 days a week
You will own your GTM hiring funnels end-to-end, improve our recruitment velocity for high-impact roles, and leverage AI as a force-multiplier. Our People function has already made significant inroads embedding AI into their workflows and we empower every member of the team to be a builder
