Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Swarovski’s Global Business Services, you will deliver high‑quality, responsive HR services across our offices in Poland, CostaRica, and Malaysia, and support the GBS centres in Penang, HongKong, and Macao.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate HR services to managers and candidates, ensuring timely and correct processing of all information.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries promptly.
• Support Hiring Managers through the recruitment process: initiate hiring, offer guidance, and provide updates.
• Prepare and publish job postings based on detailed job requirements and recruitment strategy.
• Screen, create long‑lists/short‑lists, monitor candidate pipelines, and propose sourcing strategies to improve quantity and quality.
