Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at OneSeven Tech, you will lead the scaling of our two core service offerings: Staff Augmentation and Managed Teams. For Managed Teams, you will assemble project‑based product teams for 3, 6, or 12‑month engagements, selecting the optimal technology stack for each client’s business use case and deploying the right talent rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Continuously source, nurture, and maintain relationships with top‑tier talent across all technical disciplines and design specialities throughout LATAM to build an always‑ready talent pipeline.
• Design optimal team composition frameworks based on project requirements and technology stacks.
• Update and maintain the Airtable talent database, matching skills to projects and ensuring quick team assembly.
