Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years in recruiting
Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
Preferred: experience supporting university partnership and early career program
Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations
Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences
Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively
Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies
