• Drive full-cycle hiring: partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and advise on hires.
• Create forward‑thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen AMGEN’s employer brand and attract top talent, using our AI‑driven Candidate Relationship Management System.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for key roles to deliver diverse, high‑quality shortlists.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of new hires into AMGEN’s HR systems.
