Educational Requirement

Must be a college graduate.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in volume hiring and end‑to‑end recruitment, strictly in a BPO setup.
• Preferably with account management experience (reporting accurately the hiring progress of a requisition to the client; maintain client trust).
