Responsibilities

Planning

• Plan and submit weekly planning (site visits) according to priority and requirements to Contracts Manager.
• Plan annual in-house training days with survey students and others as required.
• Plan and manage (Issue, Inspections, Services, Record keeping and Repairs) all survey equipment (Cable detectors, Troxlers and Lasers)

Man-Management

• Ensure that team leaders and operators have all the information prior to starting the work process.
• Train students and tachi-sighters to company standards.
• Evaluate student surveyors and correct shortcomings.
