The Instrument Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role typically exists in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical.
Ensure proper installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments and control systems.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Oversee maintenance and reliability of control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS/ESD).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems (pressure, flow, level, temperature...
