Project Position: Senior Supervisor - Commissioning-Electrical

Primary Duties

• Ensures that all commissioning activities are completed in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
• Provides day-to-day support to the Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Coordinator.
• Sets up technical teams and monitors progress against the schedule.
• Confirms or arranges suitable PPE for all personnel under his responsibility.
• Arranges PTW, Tool Box talks and ensures completion in line with HSE requirements prior to work start.
• Exists continually on the field to guarantee the quality and progress of the work.
• Leads a team of technicians, operators, and sub‑contractors and safely executes the work.
• Analyzes team performance against schedule and reports or advises on any changes required to maintain progress to line management.
