Senior Superintendent Commercial Location: Ohio-based (Columbus or Northern Ohio preferred) and Travelers Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + Performance Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available Summary The Senior Superintendent acts as the primary leader in the field, ensuring construction projects are executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. • Experience as a Senior Superintendent in multi-family housing, commercial, and/or K–12 construction.
• Must provide a commercial project list.
• 4-year degree OR equivalent combination of education and construction experience.
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification.
