You lead the entire project, ensuring clarity on key activities and challenges. Before lunch, you collaborate with a team member on competitor portfolio analysis. Afterward, you present the project status to the business area management team and the responsible board member. A quick coffee chat with Grid Technologies’ head of portfolio management follows, before traveling to the Power Transformer factory in Nuremberg to meet the factory head. He has requested strategic support, and you scope the engagement and design a plan for how the strategy team can deliver impact. After finalizing the meeting, you enjoy a factory tour before ending the day with a feedback call with your manager on your earlier presentation.
