Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Support development of new GaN devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
- Take ownership on assigned development packages.
- Conduct DOEs on GaN wafers to maximize device and process performance with good reliability.
- Collaborate with process development, integration, and other stakeholders to meet development targets.
- Contribute to problem solving in a creative way and create process and device IP for GaN Tech Development.
- Support the growth of Infineon’s patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability.
- Support GaN production ramp activities by analyzing and solving critical technical topics.
