Senior Staff Engineer - Data Architecture
This roleis responsible forsetting the vision for, designing, and leading the end-to-end delivery of the Stryker Endoscopy, Instruments, and Joint Replacement Division Operations data management framework and data architecture. In addition to defining andmaintainingdata frameworks, models, and policies to ensure data is accessible, secure, and reliable, this role will:
Partner with local business analytics teams and data engineersto gather and build requirements aligned with business needs.
Drive testing and validation processesto ensure accuracy and quality throughout implementation.
Oversee and support the ongoing conversionto a new data model and platform, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Collaborate across functionsto deliver solutions that enable actionable insights and operational excellence.
