Requirements

Typically, 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within data centers or mission‑critical environments

Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects from design to implementation

Demonstrated experience developing business cases, feasibility studies, or capacity/efficiency analyses to support investment decisions

Experience reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and specifications against standards

Experience working across global or highly cross‑functional teams

Knowledge of: Power distribution systems, UPS and backup systems, Electrical design and commissioning

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for mission‑critical facilities

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence without direct authority
