Our client is a reputable Logistics Solution firm and their business covers more than 50 countries.
Provide first level support to clients on system and application issues as well as monitor the performance of respective services at a high standard
Perform trouble shooting and escalate issues to technical teams when required
Consolidate the services related data (including usage level and services performances) and identify the support trends for potential services/products enhancement
Coach junior staff to perform day-to-day duties
Shift duty from Monday to Friday is required (5x24)
Requirement: :
Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, e-Commerce or related disciplines
2+ years’ relevant experience in 1st level technical support
Knowledge on IT application is an advantage
Energetic, dynamic, eager to learn with strong commitment sense
