A leading Dubai Government entity is seeking a Senior Specialist – Learning & Development to drive learning, capability development, and talent growth initiatives across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
• Proven experience designing and implementing L&D and HR development programs
• Strong knowledge and practical application of AI in training and learning solutions
• Experience with learning strategies, competency frameworks, and employee development initiatives
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work within a team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Government or large corporate experience is preferred
