This is a position for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to work across two locations, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, capable of leading and motivating a team, and providing strong support to the Executive Chef.
Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, overseeing daily health & safety documentation, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations at all times.
Salary: Up to £45,000, plus overtime paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
