Senior Sourcing Manager
The Senior Sourcing Manager leads strategic procurement operations, supplier relationship management, and team performance within a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for designing and executing global sourcing strategies, executing high-value contract negotiations, and mitigating supply chain risk. Partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams, this position ensures uninterrupted supply continuity, optimizes total cost of ownership (TCO), and supports new product introduction (NPI).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for critical commodities, raw materials, and specialized components to support production schedules.
