At Genesys, we’re seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to play a key role in our pre‑sales organization, focusing on the SOLA region, especially Argentina and Chile. The role involves partnering with sales teams and customers to design next‑generation CX solutions powered by AI and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and customers to design AI‑powered CX strategies and solutions.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience gaps.
- Position Genesys Cloud as an experience orchestration platform, not just a contact center solution.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Design scalable architectures including CCaaS, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
