Position Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer is part of the Program & Performance Management team within the Manufacturing Competence Center (MCC), responsible for driving digitalization initiatives supporting manufacturing operations.

This role owns the end‑to‑end software development function supporting Industry 4.0 and operational transformation, while providing technical leadership, coaching junior engineers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams locally and globally to deliver secure, user‑centric solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and competitiveness.
