About The Role

We're seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to own major product surfaces on our client's agent platform. You'll set the technical direction, architect core systems, and deliver high-impact work alongside a small, dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and evolve full‑stack systems across the agent platform
• Architect scalable services that process thousands of insurance workflows daily
• Set technical direction and enhance code quality, testing, and reliability
• Mentor teammates and foster a strong engineering culture as the team grows
• Participate in on‑call duties and take ownership of production systems end‑to‑end

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
