Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and support project requirements on safety, quality, cost, and schedule, assisting the Project Manager in site execution.
• Coordinate and supervise all CSA site works and trades to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on site and technical matters.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Assist in preparing method statements and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) with subcontractors.
