Job Description Involving in site utilities diversion work. 
Coordination the utilities diversion route, supporting structure. 
Manage utility construction projects, developing project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets 
Identify and resolve system failures and perform on oversee preventative maintenance 
Monitoring system efficiency, energy and material usage. 
Compile data on utility process units. 
Direct project groups and/or technicians, providing guidance on utility process, design, and construction 
liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works
