            Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the ServiceNow platform 
Establish enterprise‑wide standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails 
Provide governance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, and AI 
Lead Architecture Review Boards and support Agile Release Trains 
Design integrated solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules 
Define enterprise‑wide data strategies and drive CSDM adoption 
Develop and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap 
Architect integrations with SAP, HR, Finance, and Security platforms 
Define API strategies using REST, SOAP, and event‑driven architecture 
Provide architectural guidance during PI Planning and define architectural runway 
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies
