What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and extend modules of ServiceNow for both customer-facing and employee-facing portals, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs.
• Lead the design and development of server-side and client-side scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog items.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ERP, Certinia, monitoring tools, cloud platforms).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on ServiceNow coding standards and delivery practices.
