Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and lead the organic growth roadmap for the Southern European market, focused on high‑intent keywords and sustainable traffic growth.
• Take full ownership of Shine’s Southern European market websites, driving performance across both properties.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across technical, on‑page and off‑page levers.

GEO & AI Search

• Drive Shine’s transition toward GEO, ensuring we remain a trusted answer in AI‑driven search experiences.
• Stay ahead of LLM‑influenced discovery patterns and adapt our content and entity strategy accordingly.
