The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is seeking a visionary, hands‐on computational leader to spearhead daily bioinformatic activities and innovation in silico deep genomic bioinformatics and oligonucleotide therapeutic design.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain reproducible, version‐controlled pipelines for:
Target selection and prioritization
Thermodynamic modeling of oligonucleotide interactions
Off‐target scanning and specificity prediction
Process and interpret WES/WGS datasets using GATK, BWA, SAMtools, VEP to identify patient‐specific variants, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets.
Integrate ML/AI models (scikit‐learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) for predictive analytics, target scoring, and pipeline optimization.
Containerize workflows with Docker/Singularity and orchestrate them using Snakemake or Nextflow for scalability ...
