Role Overview:

You will lead the design and synthesis of novel bioconjugates for targeted drug delivery, optimizing conjugation strategies and characterizing products using advanced analytical techniques. You will collaborate closely with biology, chemistry, and translational teams to advance pre-clinical and clinical candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and synthesize antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other bioconjugates
• Develop and validate conjugation methods and purification processes
