We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for a senior scientist position applying machine learning to biology in the Predictive Biology and AI team at CITRE.
The Role
Participate in our growing effort to apply cutting‑edge AI/ML techniques toward development of novel therapies to treat neurological disease, cancer, and hematological malignancies.
Collaborate across teams to solve complex problems at the intersection of computation and experimental biology.
Analyze and develop methods for use with spatial and other omics data (Spatial transcriptomics, single‑cell RNA‑seq, ATAC‑seq, etc.).
Refine ML models and workflows and perform exploratory data analysis on large datasets.
