Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects covering General Ledger (new GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Internal Orders
Drive business blueprint workshops with finance stakeholders and document functional specifications
Configure and test SAP FI and CO modules in both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments
Support RISE with SAP migration assessments and cloud ERP transition planning
Integrate FICO with upstream modules including MM, SD, PS, and HR/Payroll
Lead data migration activities covering chart of accounts, vendor/customer masters, open items, and asset data using LSMW, BAPI, or SAP Data Migration Cockpit
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level FICO consultants
Manage client stakeholder communication and support UAT cycles
