**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Design and develop critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support the organization’s business objectives. Work to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, scalable way. Define corporate software strategy for new technology, highly complex features, and significant enhancements for current, new, and major programs. Participate in comprehensive design analysis of design solution. Work on integration and verification testing for an integrated software build. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes to the Salesforce.com platform. Customize, develop, and support solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
