Build what’s next at Minto. As our internal Salesforce platform expert, you will own the technical architecture, development, and evolution of our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Serve as the internal Salesforce platform SME guiding architectural decisions, enforcing best practices, and mentoring junior admins or developers.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) – data ingestion, identity resolution, data model design, and segment/activation configuration.
