• Drive the Career Transition Programs designed to empower individuals to upskill and transform their careers.
• Turn interested leads into committed learners by engaging, guiding, and supporting potential students through the decision‑making journey.
• Drive conversions by connecting with inbound and existing learner leads via WhatsApp, calls, physical and online events to turn interest into action.
• Own the enrolment journey – guide learners through eligibility checks, payments, and onboarding.
• Support outreach initiatives – support marketing efforts through EDMs, events, and partnerships.
• Build relationships – deliver exceptional learner experiences that foster trust and long‑term engagement.

• 3+ years of experience as a B2C specialist.
