- Lead and oversee the sales department, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and market expansion goal.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate untapped markets across the Philippines.
- Manage, mentor and develop the sales team through structured guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including competitor accounts and high-potential market segments.
